Shipping Rules & Times
Live Show orders are shipped on Mondays via USPS w/ Tracking
If you order multiple times throughout the week, all your orders will be marked as fulfilled when being prepared for shipment. The order with the lowest order # will have the tracking attached to it.
If you have multiple orders and there are Group Breaks or Pack Wars that have not happened yet on your order, it WILL show as the whole order fulfilled. Don't worry, we still have you in the Break (or War), we keep paper and digital copies of all Breaks and Pack Wars.
Shipped in 1-2 business days via USPS w/ tracking
If you order(s) contain a mix of Live Show and Non-Live Show products then it will all ship on Monday via USPS w/tracking
We are not able to separate the products into different orders. Your Pick-A-Packs shipped but we're still waiting on the Group Break (or War) to fill and run it during the next Live Show. Don't worry, we still have you in the Break (or War), we keep paper and digital copies of all Breaks and Pack Wars. If you have an additional package coming from this order we will add the tracking to your account when it ships.
We clear out our orders from an unfulfilled to filled status weekly (Sundays), no matter the outcome. Tune into the Live Show for results. If you have a package coming from this order we will add the tracking to your account when it ships.
Returns & Refunds
Any product that contains cards (Sports & TCG) may only be returned if it's unopened and in the original shrink wrap, you can not open it and then return it. The buyer pays for return postage
Non-card related products maybe returned within 14 days. They buyer pays for return postage
If you ordered Non-Live Show products we can send a refund back to your payment method as long as they have not shipped
If you have purchased a box or packs during the Live Show, we can refund you per request in the chat, as long as they have not already been opened. We will send the refund to your payment method
Sometimes breaks take a week or 2 to fill. If there is no movement on the sale of the break within a few Live Shows, we will then either send a refund back to your payment method or we can give you store credit plus a 10% bonus for waiting patiently.
When there are a lot of people trying to buy packs at the same time, sometimes the inventory systems double sells them. If this happens we will determine which order was first and the second will either be refunded back to their payment method or in store credit plus a 10% bonus for the inconvenience
